Welcome to Afterard, a game provided by Layrup ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Afterard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.
Afterard is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the game in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the game, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any manner that could harm Layrup, other users, or third parties.
Afterard is offered as a one-time purchase. Once purchased, the full game is available without subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed securely through the official app distribution platform where Afterard is offered. Layrup does not process or store payment information directly. RevenueCat is used solely to manage purchase verification and entitlement restoration.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made (such as the Apple App Store). Layrup does not independently process refunds.

All content, features, and functionality of Afterard, including but not limited to software, artwork, audio, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Layrup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the game without prior written permission from Layrup.

Layrup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Afterard at its discretion if these Terms are violated or if use of the game is deemed harmful to the integrity of the service.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Afterard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Layrup does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Afterard, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device incompatibility.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Layrup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication. Continued use of Afterard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
